I did all the steps to get the mechanical pencil, but I can't find Kate. The thing is, I
traded the watch that TIFFANY gave me for the ring, but I'm not sure that makes a
difference. My INT is 335 and I went to the university every time of day and she's not
there, or anywhere.

too a guy INSIDE the university. Then he gives u a calculator. Get ID then go into the bar
in 2nd island/world thing near the entrance. Then talk to her. Then she will giv u a pen.
Give the pen to her the next day (or sometime) around 11am inside the university. Give her
the pen. Then she givs u a watch. go to casino and trade the watch in to a red/brownish
head guy and he will giv u a ring. Get ur intelligence to 275. Then around 5pm she will be
outside the university. Then propose to her and there u go....a new wife :) hope this
