of the time you gain charm in both. There are also 2 other bars. One is in the regular
game, and one is in directors cut. Skye's Bar is in the 2nd Island (near university) and
The Dangling Pianist is on the 4th island (directors cut island).

from mcsticks. Give it to the construction dude. He will give u a ladder. Use the ladder
to help the weird girl across the street to help her get her kitty down. Then at night,
about 10:00-end of the day, go between the coxy condo and mobster condo. There will be a
miloinaire who wants the birds, give him them.
