not the goon in wally mart the goon in vinnies office but first u have to get a lighter
and a box of ciggars witch are alot about $2337 then u go talk to him and u give the

What????? Ive got the cigars and lighters(i got a zipo lighter)no matter what i do he says
"u got business talk to vinnie) i dont think you can do it after a certain time period.

1. look you have to go in the evening only and you have to try and give him regular
cigarettes first then he says he doesn't smoke that crap. Get him the cuban cigars from
the guy behind the bar that the rockers next to. Then get a lighter for him then he gives
you the bird. Problem solved.

2. Tip the street rocker roughly ten times. (he's only there in the evening).

3. Go to McSticks and buy the most expensive burger (grand slam burger I think). Then go
to the far east side road block and give the guy the burger and then he will give you a
ladder. go to the tree right next to the front of the mobster tower and talk to the lady
and get her cat out the tree and you get a bird along with it.

4. Go into 'the club' and talk to the DJ in the next room and he'll want a "za", which is
a pizza guys. Go to joes (Next to the old abandonned warehouse along the back ally way.
deliverit to the DJ and then get him a milkshake from mcsticks and deliver and then in the
evening go to to basketball courts near your house and move south west. there will be a
big group of people talk to the leader and hand in the birds :)
