This is actually a true scam, that happens in south america and africa. Another name for
it is 419. People would pick up information about you through sifting the internet, then
send you an email, telling you something like this: "if you give me 100,000 in bail, i
will give you half of my family's inherentence (100,000,000,000! " and so on.
