first, you have to buy the mantion, and have max stats (999 charm, strength, and intel),
then buy 99 cocaine, beer, smokes, and caf. pills (be sure to have $500,00 dollars on you.
go back to your mantion\castle and there should be a message from the president.. click
"delete and move on" then it will ask you how much you want to spend on the campain, click
500,00 and it should say you have won, and you will get 5,000 dollars each time you sleep
