Go to the main buildings tab on the left, then click on the bottom button (two swords)

After previous step you must change the nationality by selecting shield on the right

u must make an objective and a time limit

click tree then were the swords were and put estates

click thing which looks like keep (or is) and put in each estate

ps u dont need objectives u just need estates
