if u are experiencing crash on ur computer, do this following step.
first, try rebooting ur computer. if the rebooting goes smoothly,it is apparent that you are facing a problem with your registry.
A registry contains a command or direction for every program and application on your computer. Registry files are files that gives your computer instruction for what to do next. Once the resgistry files are corrupted or placed wrongly will cause computer crash.
Theres another way that might cause crashes is when a new software is installed.
Re-call the new program or software u have instaled recently. After u have re-call what the program or solfware is, you must locate the solfware and uninstall it. If the program is the cause of the crash, you should not install it later on or in the future.
