The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Cheats

While in the game, hit the tilde key [~] at any time to bring up the console. With the console open, there are multiple commands that can be used, some that require targeting by selecting an object with the mouse while the console is open.

hairtint (red/green/blue) -- Change player hair colour
FOV # -- Change the angle of your point of view (default is 75)
player.setlevel 1 -- Changes player level to desired number. Use 1-255
SexChange -- Changes your gender
caqs -- Completes all quest stages
SSG -- Creates a window with the full game scene graph
qqq -- exit game without using menus
advlevel -- forces a level up with the levelup screen.
advskill skill # -- Forces a skill level up of # levels, example: advskill blade 4

First you must complete the Dark Brotherhood quests up until you receive Shadowmare as a reward. Shadowmare is special in that he cannot be killed (only knocked unconscious). Knock Shadowmare unconscious (you don’t need to be quick about it, he won’t fight back). As soon as he drops, you are given the option to access his body via the spacebar. Open him up and dump your extra junk into him (open him then go to your inventory button and single click items to move them over). Shadowmare will pop back up after a few seconds, and you’ll both be good to go.

Whenever you need to access your gear, simply knock him out again. I’ve used this trick for a while, and it appears that Shadowmare has no weight limit, and items remain forever. This trick won’t work on normal horses because they die (and ~ resurrect clears their inventory).

Sometimes after Shadowmare wakes up, he begins to slowly walk away, to stop this, jump on him and quick transport to a location; this fixes him. Also, be careful not to get onto a regular horse, this messes up your “tie” to Shadowmare, and is a good way to accidentally lose him (not sure where he defaults to).

First you need to get the Thieves Guild quest "Boots of Springheel Jack" and complete the majority of the quest, retrieving the Boots. Do not, however, return the boots to the Grey Fox.

Upon obtaining the Boots, equip them to get a +50 Acrobatics bonus, then travel to the Shrine of Sanguine and begin the Daedric Quest there. Follow through that quest, and allow yourself to be arrested by Leyawiin guards when they try. All your possesions will be taken, except for key items (which include the Boots).

Stay your time in jail, and upon exiting, check your inventory. You should still possess the boots, but when you try to equip them the game will tell you "You cannot equip this item at this time". However, if you check your current enhancements, the +50 to Acrobatics will still be there! You can now wear other footwear, but still have the bonus from the Boots of Springheel Jack!

EXAVIOR

At the very end of the quest to cure Vampirism, the count of Skingrad (the last person talked to in the quest) will reward you (if you are a full vampire, or not) with 1,000 gold (or more depending on your level).
If you continue again to click on the message that asks about a reward, he will keep giving 1,000 gold.

Note: Glitch may be taken out in later versions of the game

Edit the first one if you want to default to having screenshots on by default for all users. The settings it uses at runtime are the ones from My Documents folder.

After you mod the INI file, you can press PRTSCN button and Oblivion will write a BMP file to your game folder.

to cast spells faster, just hold block before you start to cast. For some reason, instead of your characters arm returning to their side, their arm stops like half way, therefor casting the spell quicker. THIS CAN BE USED FOR ALL SPELLS!!!

I tested this on armor only, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work for any item if it's large enough for your atavism to collide with it.

First off, go to any armor shop that has a piece of armor on display that you want. Jump up onto the shop keep's counter and just run into and knock the armor item off the counter. This is not illegal and noone will even care. Next, keep kicking it by running into it multiple times until you have the item in a corner away from the view of the shop keeper.

The shop owner will actually follow you around the shop while you run about. Get him/her to follow you to the opposite end of the store, then quickly run back to where you placed the armor item. Use the sneak ability (default RIGHT CTRL) and pick it up before they see you. Done.

So firs you have to press ~ and then type in coc testinghall and then their will be a armor room and then just press ~ again and type in toggle godmode And then when your in the armor Room You take every thing in there thats what godmode is for And then i think its like test npc or some thing ill post it for shure later u will see 2 men one has blue hair talkto him and sell what you want Contact me if any problems

go to the consult and first put you r mouse on a person who you want to kill at the consult then type kill and final press enter[it will only kill people who can acutely die ex for ones who cant die by it:martin ex for ones who can die:imps guards etc]

To do that you need a horse then type in console showspellmaking or if you are a arch mage of the mages guild press the spell maker then If you have fortify speed make a spell fortify speed (As much as you are able to use it) it has to be in outside of the imperial city (with the big bridge) and cast the spell to your horse once you've move you'll see your self flying

to get infinite gold go to the talos plaza district and go in dorians house and kill him then search his body click his gold continuosly do not take all or it will stuff the glitch

First gain access to the arcane university so that you can use the spell making altars. These altars can be found in the praxographical center. Make the following spells to upgrade the corresponding spell type

The Inn of Ill Omen is located Northwest of Bravil along the road. In the basement of it is a guy named Rufio. As long as you are reasonably quiet he will sleep forever allowing you to sneak around the room increasing the skill easily. Just put your guy facing a corner and rig the stick to keep walking and you gain a new level roughly every minute (early on). Note that if you killed Rufio as part of the Dark Brotherhood's quest, you won't be able to use this exploit.

After you've gained access to the Arcane University (to do so you must join the Mages Guild), purchase two cheap bound weapon spells. You can get the Bound Dagger spell from the Discount Spells shop in the Imperial City's Market District. Make the second spell you buy bind a weapon that you want to keep.

Go to the Arcane University's Praxographical Center (northeast corner) and create a spell that does Bound Dagger for one second on self. You can repeatedly use this spell to raise your Conjuration skill above level 25, a level you'll need to achieve in order to get the free weightless Daedric weapons.

Once your Conjuration is at level 25 or higher, make a new spell that will cast Bound Dagger and Bound "whatever weapon you want." (If you don't see the option to create a spell that does anything other than Bound Dagger, you'll need to make sure that you can actually cast the other bound weapon spell. If you can't, raise your Conjuration skill even higher.) Make sure that you add the Bound Dagger effect first, then add the second bound weapon effect. Set both effects for a duration of one second.

Cast the spell you've just created and wait for the sound of weapons equipping. Immediately go to your menu and you'll see that the second bound weapon appears in your inventory. Simply drop the weapon and you can then pick it up to keep forever. The weapon has no sell value but it's weightless and pretty powerful. This bug can be repeated as many times as you like, giving you access to an infinite number of Daedric weapons.

Heres a list of console commands you can use in you PC version of Oblivion to max out your stats!

to open the console by pressing "~" under the esc key, a mouse will appear and a typing bar.

for first code, replace the # with a stat name eg. speed, strength, blade, blunt, alchemy, mysticism, endurance (a list is able to be viewed in the stat section of journal)

for second code, replace the # with a number under 100 eg. type player.setlevel 100

click ~ and then type in player-> coc testhall then aut of all of the doors there is a weapon room and a armour room filled with all of the armour and weapons

I would do the guilds this way,

Dark Brotherhood 1

Thieves' Guild 2

Arena 3

Fighter's Guild 4

Mage's Guild 5

This way you can dispel any evil conflict between the guilds.

Example: You can get all the bad things done before you do the Fighter's Guild or Mage's guild, so you don't get expelled from the guilds.

You don't have to do it this way, it's just the way I do them.
