Hello, i recently bought Oblivion for PC, but i cant run it on Vista! i called bestbuy,

i needed some lock picks so i looked for some cheats. i found one and it requires me to
press the ~ key to open the console window but it doesn't work. every other cheat i found
also requires me to open the console window but they don't work. so my question is what is
happening and is there any cheats that work without the ~ key.

i need five grand soul gems and five portions of ectoplasm. where can i get them.

Hey, I'm having trouble turning into a vampire from Vicente Valtieri. It's worked before
but this time it won't >.<
Basically, I let him bite me and I waited the three days but nothing happened. And I kept
waiting but still nothing. I've backtracked with loads etc but still nothing working. And
I even tried getting bitten by other vampires but still no luck. It's so irksome. Please
help me!
