i don't know how you can learn the crew to make a really good movie !!

well, the crew will get better with each movie. i don't think there is a way to make them
practice.

yea, but it must takes ages..
isn't there a cheat to boost their ability to a higher level?

it really BUM-HOLES me off when the critics say 'THE CREW WERE AWEFUL' 'UN-EXPERIENCED
CREW'

does that mean we have too choose sceans that use alot of crew work to make them better?

or the crew being a in a movie will make them better?

i don't know tbh.
im quite confused !!

If you play with the instant movie making option on your crew doesnt gain experience
regardless of the number of movies they make. I think there's a cheat that involves
creating/modding a file.
