lv.100 gastly,haunter, or gengarget atleast a lv.19 gastly then battle bruno in the elite,he does not affect you that much.keep on battling him until lv.100.
lv.100 giratinalook for it in fire cave.type in
zapdosi found it in the lab at the 3rd map.
dratnirei found him in the right side of fire cave.
azelfi found it in 2nd floor of the mansion.
mewi found it in the right side of the carpet in the mansion.once your in,go to the carpet then take 50 steps forwad then go left.
arceusfire cave on the right side.
