this is how you do it you click on your account then your pokemon team it will show your pokemon then click switch on the pokemon you want to deposit it will go to a place it says veiw click on all your pokemon on the right are the pokemon with you and click on the one you want to deposit then click on the pokemon you want with you on the left click the button switch then click save changed team and there you go
