Ok,you are such a noOb that you would not even use a common resource,and go to the pokemoncrater forums,and im sure you'll find your answers there.Just simply look in the FAQ,and if u don't find what your looking for(the locations of all the pokemon,witch I'm sure you will find),I'll tell you:
1.You can find legandarys after you beat the elite four(all of them),and gyms(all of them),you can find them on the maps,and they will be random,you might hope for a Suicune,and you get a Lugia.

2.To find the starters just look in all the maps,it's that simple.

3.If you really are desperate about finding all the pokemon,i won't tell you,you just need to go to the FAQ,at the pokemoncrater.com forums.
