Secret - Max motives all the time.
First, pause the game (DUH)and then bring up the cheat bar (ctrl+shift+c) and type in "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true". now shift click on the motive bars and drag to the opproiate level (also works for nearly every othe bar in game) and now shift click on your sim and click static motives. there you go, no more going too the the toilet at any point (can also keep your sim happy :))
