heya! to open the cheat bar press shift ctrl and c enter testingcheatsenabled true to turn it of just change true to false! hold down shift and click on your mailbox! there will be options your choice. open the cheat bar again. enter familyfunds your sims last name and the amount for ex. familyfunds caverns 99999999 bam your filthy rich! open the cb (cheatbar) back up enter unlockoutfits on. open the cb to get your sim to swim on the ground enter this in the cheat bar [ moveobjects on] and im done thx ya!
