Hey guys, just a few days ago I found out how to become best friends or enemies with another sim. First thing you will want to do is hit Shift+Ctrl+C. Next type in testingcheatsenabled true. Then find someone in your relationship bar who's friendship with your sim needs to change. Click on the middle part of the bar click and drag your mouse to where you want the friendship level to be. Then you got tons of friends!
