Is this update safe. It is real is on the game laucher but its doesnt explan what it has. Can someone please answer me. I heard there were problems with 1.4 and 1.3. Answer please.

I have no clue how to make my sim have a baby without having to do it. I was wondering if there was a cheat that made a baby.
In sims2 you could call adoption center but thats not an option in sims3.
