1. when the baby arrives ( this should take about 3 days in the game )go to your list of
relationships at the bottom.
2. move your mouse accross all the men until it says father ( you have to currently be the
baby for this to show that it is the babies father )
3. now you know!

This is what I did and I find it easy, do woo hoo in bed with someone, lady sim becomes
pregnant, go to the hospital when she gets really fat, and she walked out with a baby girl
and I named it emily.

months ect in rea life so itll take about that time in sims 3 land :L any way im getting
fed up to ecpecially the pregnancy pains and all the sickness gosh...

It takes nine months in real life, and only 3 days on the Sims.
