make sure that your sim's garden skill is high, then go out and find a "rare unknown seed"
it might take a couple seeds, to find the right one, because there is more than one rare
unknown seed. It will take a long time to grow.

if you have the full gardening skill this will work. go to a store where they sell
gardening seeds etc. buy buy any tandom seed availible in the store. grow it...but soon
before its fully grown use the ctrl, *** + c then type 'testingcheatsenabled true'. Then
*** click the plant and press turn to different plant, then click money tree. It will
then turn into a money tree, but however long left the plant had to grow, the money tree
will take to grow.

- hope it helped, much quicker than growing the money tree seed :)
