This happens to me all the time - just keep taking the disc out and put it back in again -

I'm on a pc and it is hapening for me too. The only difference is that my computer ejects
the disk automatically and sometimes won't give the disk enough time to load before it
ejects it.

Did you download or buy HELS? Because downloaded versions don't always work properly.

that happens to me some times on my mac so before i load the game i take out the disk and
wipe it :) hope this helps :) x

you can download a patch from the internet so you don't need to use the disc to play the
game!
or what you can do is buy a new expanion and use that disc
or
if it still does not work it might be your disc drive. I HOPE IT HELPS!!!
