In the sims 2 u have the option of dragging the sims mood and needs up or down also u have the option of dragging there skills up or down can u still do this on the sims 3?

If you ask me the sims 2 was better because you could build your own town, buy clothes, go inside stores and be able to see yourself,but the sims 3 has it's better points like the traits, the being able to customize almost everything. but i dont know...

O)k, so like when I'm like creating a sim or I'm building a house its fine... but when I actually play the game, you know controlling my sim, it's slow and everything. Like when I move the camera view it like freezes sometimes for a short time. Please help!
