O)k, so like when I'm like creating a sim or I'm building a house its fine... but when I actually play the game, you know controlling my sim, it's slow and everything. Like when I move the camera view it like freezes sometimes for a short time. Please help!

How do you get a sims skill up really fast by using a cheat, i have tried the TestingCheatsEnabled true cheat and draging the skill points up but it doesn't work.
