If you mean a holiday home, you will need a different expansion pack, but if you just want
a new main house, you click on your phone in your sims invenatory and select move. You
click on the sim you want to add to the new household and click on the arrow pointing to
the right, finally, when you have everyone who you want to move selected, you click on
select property ( or something along the lines if that! ) and you click on the house you
want.
