First:
Meet celeb and impress it then u will get one star.
U have 4 more stars to go
Second:
Type 'crtl alt c'
Third:
Type in the box 'TestingCheatsEnabled True' add the caps same places i have.
Fourth:
Click on ur mail box while holding the button shift then click 'make me know everyone'
something like that.
Fifth:
Go to friends list and u'll see every sim from town on ur friends list. When u talk to a
sims normally on the left hand top corner it would show is ur best friends or friends or
enimies it is the same for ur buddy list. Find a celebraty on the list and on the bottom
of the pic of the celeb u have picked is one of thoughs things that shows if ur great
friends or just friends etc. Anyways drag the thing along to make u best friends. Then
continue doing it to all the celebratys while ur doing this u would be getting stars then
when u have become best friends with all the celebratys u would eventually end up with 5
stars. =) hope i helped;)

Simply hold down cntrl,shift, c and type in testingcheatsenabled true in the blue cheat
bar that comes up! Hold down shift and click on your mailbox, click make friends for me!
Do that loads until your a five star celeb :)
