The Sims: Deluxe Edition Q&A

Why wont the sims install to my computer? Itll load so i can click on it then everything freezes up and tells me ive the wrong volume in?

I installed the game w/both cds. When i click on the program and the 'play' button give me 3 options; 1)the sims 800*600 2)the sims 1024*768 3)the sims creator. But all of them don't work. I tried uninstall and re installing it. So how can i play the game?

My sims deluxe edition tells me my access is denied. How do i get to play it now?
It installed just fine.

I cannot find my cd1 disc to set up my sims deluxe edition on my new pc is there any way i can download it from online? I have cd2 disc, i also have my serial number if that will help.

Do i need to buy something else?

How can you move tiles if you place them on terrain? And how can you put half of a tile on the floor. because my wall is slanted and the tile gets out on the terrain. I juts want it in the house not out of the house. Please help!
