Dragging the needs bars


Hi when i was at my mates house we were playing on sims and she could drag the needs bars up and down We go to diffrent schools now so i can't ask her.Does anyone know?


PS i'm not talking about the maxmotives trick

Plz help me

Okay when ur lookinf fully up at the town, before you go to pick a household you press,
shift+Ctrl+c, then you type in,"Boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true". Then when you click
on your household and play you can make them have more skills,change their moods, and even
make them be more nice,cleaner,atheltic or anything like that. It's pretty cool.
