First type in the "move_objects" cheat by holding "Ctrl"+"Shift"+C. Next make your sim get in a bathtub or a shower with a curtain. When your sim in completely in the water, go into "Buy" mode. Remove the bathtub and your sim will float in the air naked with with no blurred out stuff.
