how long do you need to circle it, i try for 2-3 mi***es and longer carefully and nothing happens to the bush neither i can catch the green sod

There are these brown bushes and little green sods, i circle around them 2-3 mi***es until they get dizzy, try to catch them then but they cannot be caught, and nothing is happening to the bush so that i can get to the tree folk. Pls help with any hints.
