rkakmkak 0	0 strange , yes i would agree with the other responses have you opened ur hospital... strange , yes i would agree with the other responses have you opened ur hospital by clicking on the timer options that will appear on the bottom left, also worth checking your speed settings as it your have it on 'slow' you will be waiting ages for anything the happen. otherwise just restart the level.
