ANSWER:go out of rookgarrd go to north u will see a stair go up it and cross the bridge,
after crossing the bridge go north,go down the stair and go north until u see a the
mountains look for every one u will see a one there is a mnitor in top u need chair or
somthing ot get up then write allful and look nothing happens :(
