where is the unlock content buttun to unlock cheats

My question is where do i need to paste it or put the file in order for it to work?

I am stuck in the parn***us caves,being after the main quest.
i went to the oracle,but i can't seem to find any clue of what se says about.
how do i complete this quest?

I have all the items Imhotepasked for, but he doesn't seem to do the ceremony, is there a certaine way the items should be presented to Imhoted for him to do the ceremony? Please help, because i am stuck in egypt until he does it.

i'm stuck in egypit, and have all the item Imhotep asked for, but when i give him evrything, i can't continue with the game. Is there a spicific way the items shoud be given to him or what?

When playin a custom map in Titan Quest, do the items, gold and experience you get from them also exist in the main campaign character or are they strictly valid in the custom maps games.
