how can i get the obscura painting in the hall of seasons and win the red ghost

i have the same problem... the blue lit statue keeps changing to another statue ...

i have the same problem... the blue lit statue keeps changing to another statue when i approach it... and i can't get the painting... is there a special way to get it or i need a patch or something?
