I just started the game, and I'm about to go onto the roof where the helicopter is shooting at me on the derelict level. My health bar is almost gone. As soon as I go out of the door, I get shot at and I die. Can someone please tell me how to use or activate one of my health packs?

press tab, go to health, select your health, and your ready again
