I have the same problem, I've heard that it is to do with the order in which the skull and
other relic is done first beforen the timed race on the bike through the entrance at the
end of previous level. I'm redoing the game and let u know if this works

not sure which part ur talking about but inside the cave there should be 3 poles on the
wall, 2 on one side and 1 on the other after u climb the 2 jump to the other and then jump
on the wall next it and the wall will go down raising the bridge...

but the first one for me is not. same problem. i can't continue the game because of this.

when you are entering the cave one set of bridges is down. you have to jump from pole to
pole to get to the wall that will slide down and raise the ramps. then on the way out of
the caves you need to do the same process but on another set of poles. its on a
symetrical pattern, when one set of ramps are up the other set go down and vice versa.

when you are riding your bike at the fork in the road turn right and you will see the
ruins with the unnamed days dial go in there first to start a cutscene. if you dont and
you continue to the first ramp your game will glitch and you will have to start over
