kay so go to my docs, and click on the address bar. Then type this in C:\Users\(your user
name)\AppData\Roaming\runic games\torchlight\settings.txt

It should then come up with a list of stuff in notepad. Then look for this line:

console: 0

and change it to

console: 1

ALTER GAME FILES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS!

Save and start the game. While playing, press CTRL and Shift and the ` or ~ button. This
brings up the console for the cheats, then type in what ever codes you want for the
affects you want!

wwhat do u mean at u own risk?

'At your own risk' means that if you make a mistake then you could lose your current game
and have to reinstall the game and start all over again.
