REQUIREMENTS:
first, make sure you have six pokemon. next, make one of your pokemon's moves surf for each one, for your starter, put toxic too.
TO BEAT HIM:
battle a guy named browntown.
first, use surf 2 times. then use toxic.
then switch pokemon.
use surf until 4 of your pokemon fainted.
then, switch to your starter and use surf.
look at that improvement!
