Instructions :
1 ) Run Trainer, then game.
2 ) Press Numpad 9 to inject or simply press Inject (checkbox) when the game is running in menu.
3 ) In TRAINER put in textbox the ammount of money your game starts with, or simply select CAMPAIGN or SANDBOX. DONt USE COMMA (ex.; 30,000) and values above 60000 will not work.
Press ACTIVATE after SELECTING THE AVATAR (president) , then press FORWARD and you will start with 1,000,000,000 money.
