i think your funkeys do not work in you country because the funkeys are from another place
and maybe it doesn't work in Belgium. I think that's why.

play around with it until it works if it does not work at all it is a dud

Try contacting mattel toys at thier web site and they will send you a new disc that will
work and fix your ub hub problem
