when I put in a cheat in the console the cheat goes in but then the screen freezes can still hear musc but can't move at all HELP!!!!

I did the mission with the sarcophagus(i did everything from the sewers to the mansion and then with the minivan)and I end up in LaCroix's office,the sarcophagus is there as is the historian as far as I can see,I go speak with the prince and instead of telling...
