Can my laptop handle it?
My specs are-
HP G60 Notebook
bought October 1, 2008
nVidia GeForce 8200 GT graphics card
AMD 2.0 GHz Dual-Core RM-70 Processor.
Windows Vista Home Premium
3 GB of RAM
The minimum requirements for the game state-
Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista SP1
P4 3.2 GHz (single core) or any Dual Core processor
1 GB RAM (XP), 1.5 GB RAM (Vista)
A 128MB Video Card (Shader Model 3) - Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT / ATI X1600, or equivalent
5.5 GB of Hard Drive space
The recommended Requirements for this game are-

So, anyone wanna take a guess? I'd love to get this game but I'm still kinda in the middle on whether my computer can handle it. I'm really worried about the processor-can any Dual-Core processor run the game like it says? BTW, I'm really looking for smooth performance-I'll take great graphics, but fun and smooth gameplay is what I'm chiefly after. I don't care what I need the graphics level on-I'll take whatever I can get in that department. I NEED SMOOTH GAMEPLAY! |

... actually that depends on what settings you play the game,
I'm currently playing it on my laptop(2gb RAM,intel centrino @2.0Ghz,nvidia geforce 8600M
GT 512mb)on medium and high settings and it runs great.
I ***ume it will run quite good on your laptop because you've got even more RAM than mine
and a dual-core processor

gameplay. Just install the game and right-click on the shortcut, click the compatibility
tab and select: run this game as an admin, disable visual themes and disable desktop
composition.
by selecting this things, you turn off some ****** vista features and the game will run
slightly faster.

my relation tell me that the intel chipset for laptop is not recommended for playing game,
so alot of game is usupported, and heel yeah i can't play Dawn of war 2 in my intel laptop
