Everytime I click the log-in button on the Webkinz home page, I get a blank green screen and at the lower bottom left corner it says, "done," meaning it's done loading. I'm so frustrated with Ganz at this time or mad at my computer for doing nothing. I've been clearing my cache, refreshing, restarting, but not getting updated virus protection or I didn't reimage, please help.
