finally I had to turn off the power to my computer to get out of it - then rebooted and
got back to the game and everything worked properly

I have the same problem.. I can't leave the tower, and its not loading anything at all.

Ive been waiting almost a hour for everything to load and it keeps loading different
things its been through ten things so far to get to 100%

ok so it finally worked for me. just wait for about 30 minutes for it 2 load then you get
into the wizard101 world.

i dont know if its supposed to do this but when youre waiting for it to load i clicked the
crown shop in the very top left you cant see the button under the dialog box and bought
cat thug transformation and instead of transforming you into the cat thug it turns you
into a wood man that glides around the room instead of walks lol

This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen in a game... Why the heck does it make you
wait all this time? I have a machine more then capable of handling this game and an
internet connection to match.. I have been sitting in the room waiting for about an hour
now. This is ridiculous. Talk about really poor planning on the developers part. Someone
need to FIX THIS BUG now.

Ok, it took a grand total of 11 freaking hours to load the dam game. Now I finally have a
character, but can't get into the tower with the professor! What am I suppose to do? Just
wait at the door? The professor is already trying to give me the deck and telling me to
confront my opponet when there is NOTHING around!! So do I just wait for another hour at
the door?

first time i tried, it took 30 minutes then i retried and it loaded in like 2 min this
game is like ramdom with the loading sht and it doesn't matter your internet speed, it
will still say that the professor is looking for papers! For a damn homosexual *** time!

Try pressing end, i read somewhere that that works, and then u don't have ur spell book
but it comes back eventually.
