You have to buy it at bazzar it cost 500 or 600. You'll think it only sells equipment but
no. It sells equipment, treasure cards, reagents, and funiture. Anywayonce you go to
bazzar talk to that man. Then, you will have to click the housing item button you will
see it say housing items. If you hover the mouse over that button it will say "housing
items". Then, after that there will be a treasure card button click it then click
enchantments and then there is the mutate card.
