while i am playing i enter the delian treasury code by pressing ctrl+alt+c,entering the code and pressing enter but my treasury does not incease at all. do i have to press smething else?

I'm playing the scenario where perseus needs to get the shoes from hermes but he's not doing it, did the game glitch or do i need to do something it's not telling me?
