just add water terrain or a water bowl and make sure the keeper fills it

go and























go to terrian and hold shift down and click when in change terrian height mode.

Get a water bowl for thirsty animals! And press & hold Shift while holding down the Left
Mouse Button when on Terrain for animals to swim in.
