Finish Story mode

Complete one of the following tasks to unlock a third costume for the indicated character:

Stunt attack = Complete story mode to unlock this mode
Unlock naomi = Get a grade B on the Downtown level
Unlock the insider = Get a grade B on the Storage level
Unlock oscar = Get a grade A on all levels
Unlock JJ Sawyer = Get a grade S on all levels
Ethans costume c = Complete all levels in stunt attack mode
Kats costume c = Get a high score on every level on score attack mode

To unlock the Insider, beat the Storage level with a B ranking or higher.

Unlock Naomi, select freestyle mode and go to level three (Industrial). At the end of the level, go off the left ramp from the exit (at the search lights). Avoid the big pipes, use Speed and Boost Jump, and you should fall through the door and float in darkness.
