If you are wonder if you can play as Specter sadly, no. I've tried CodeBreaker but nothing. The two Secret Characters are Jake and Dark Jake. To get Jake you have to beat the game's final Boss. I call him Digital-Dork but I don't know his name. To get Dark Jake you have to get all the "Gifts" in the game. It may sound suspicious but it works. I got him!

Enter the password menu by holding R1+L1+R2+L2 at the mode select screen.

Password - Effect:
HARD! - Changes the difficulty to Hard.
NORMAL! - Changes the difficulty to Normal.
Go Wild! - Get all gadgets.
