Eliminate all the enemies on the first half of the bridge. Then before crossing to the second half, fly underneath the bridge and head back to where you started to a small alcove. Once in there, look on the ground to find a small grey, circular bit. Once found, press CIRCLE. A message will say “Part Acquired.” After that, complete the mission and check your garage.
