To beat sin Tzu all you have to do is dodge his moves like the move that
he is running past you trying to kick you or push you when you got out
of the way of that he will come down hard move out of the way and hold
the x button which will power kick him. And watch out for a move that he
go to the center of the screen just block the shock waves and it will be
easy.
