Hi and welcome to my batman vengeance boss FAQ. This FAQ will give you info
about all the regular bosses in the game along side the minor bosses.

4-Boss FAQ
This section is divided into two parts, the regular bosses section and the
minor bosses section. Check according to your requirement.

I.Regular Bosses
Here we go.

1.Joker
Difficulty: 6/10
This boss fight has two parts.
Part-1
In the first part of the fight, he is on a wrecking ball and you are on a
rooftop. He will try to squash you with the ball, so dodge him when ever he
swings. Make sure you have plenty of batarangs, if not, then collect them from
the nearby boxes. Stand in front of one of the two towers and wait. Eventually
he will swing at you, now step away and let him hit the tower. Now keep throw-
ing batarangs at him until he recovers.Keep repeating this. Each time you
damage him, he will destroy part of the bridge. Avoid that region. Keep
throwing batarangs at him until a cut-scene starts.
Part-2
You now have to fight him in a one-on-one match. He has two combo attacks. His
first attack will be the acid spray from his flower. It is easy to dodge but if
you get hit; you will lose a good chunk of your life. His second attack is a
pin move, he will jump on you and attack you continuously. If that happens;
keep wiggling the left analog stick to and fro until he lets go. This attack
will also take out a good chunk of your life. Other then these, he will use
kicks and punches to attack you. Just block them and counter attack him. Keep
blocking and countering until his life bar finishes.

2.Dr.Freeze
Difficulty: 5.5/10
This boss fight has only one part. Dr Freeze has three attacks. He has an ice
gun type thing with which he will fire ice blasts at you. He will use his
gun to create an ice beam that will temporarily freeze your lower region. If
that happens, then keep wiggling the left analog until you break free. He will
also use his gun to freeze the canisters above you, making them fall down, so
be on your guard. Apart from these three major attacks, he also has a minor
attack. If you get too close to him, he will grab you by the neck and throw
you at something. So keep your distance.
To take him down you have to use remote charges. Grab some from the boxes if
you don't have any. Place a remote charge on any of the canisters above you
and wait for Dr Freeze to get under it. Detonate the remote charge when he is
almost exactly below the canister to bring it down on him. Keep repeating this
until his life bar ends. You need approximately 6 canisters to take him out.

3.Posion Ivy's Mutant Pet
Difficulty: 5/10
This boss fight also has only one part. Now you have to fight the mutant pet
of poison ivy. He is very easy though. He has only one major attack. He will
spit poisonous acid at you. It is fairly easy to avoid but you will lose a
good chunk of your life if you get hit. You have to throw batarangs at him.
Collect some from the nearby boxes if you don't have any. Now aim for his arm
and throw three batarangs at it to let him go. Now aim for the valves on which
he is holding his arms and throw batrangs at it until it breaks. Now it cannot
hold onto it. Keep repeating until you take out all his arms. He will now fall
down. Quickly go ahead and grapple across, you will end up near a switch. Press
It to fry the pet. This will end the fight. If you don't hurry in grappling
across and pressing the switch, then he will get up again and you will have to
beat him all over again.

4.Police Helicopter
Difficulty: 6/10
The police chopper is also a one part boss fight. You need remote charges to
win the fight. Collect some from the nearby boxes if you don't have any. The
police helicopter has two attacks. As long as it has three of it's lights
intact, it will keep firing stun charges at you. They are fairly easy to avoid.
Its second attack is heat-seeking missiles, which it will start deploying
after you have destroyed three of its lights. They are tough to avoid and will
inflict a decent amount of damage. There are five lights in total. You have to
take them out one by one using the remote charges. Just aim for the light,
launch the charge and detonate when it attaches onto the light. Repeat it five
times to take out the helicopter.

5.Fat Clown
Difficulty: 7/10
He is one of the tougher bosses. He has four attacks. He will launch missiles
at you, they are easy to avoid but inflict a noticeable amount of damage on
you. His second attack will be lobbing a grenade at you. This can be a little
tough to avoid as he is pretty accurate. Usually, when you hear a strange
whistling sound, start moving because he is about to deploy a grenade and that
is the only way you can spoil his aim. If you get too close to him, he will
use a flame-thrower to repel you. His fourth and final attack will be launching
a pair of heat seeking missiles at you (after you have destroyed four of his
normal missile launchers). They are pretty tough to avoid. Try standing
behind some sort of blockade. You have to use batarangs to take him out. Collect
some from the nearby boxes if you fall short on them. You can use the batarangs
to take out the standard as well as the heat seeking missiles from a distance.
You have to aim for his missile launcher and as soon as you see him pressing
the trigger button, start throwing batarangs in the direction of the tube so
that the missile is destroyed before if actually comes out. You have to repeat
this four times after which he will take out the heat seeking missile launcher.
You have to do the same for this launcher as well. Repeat it twice for the heat
seeking missile launcher and you will win this boss fight.

6.Joker (Part 2)
Difficulty: 7.5 /10
This boss fight has two parts.
Part-1
This part involves a one-on-one fistfight. He has the following attacks:
He will use his machine gun at you. It inflicts decent amount of damage but
it is easy to avoid.
He will throw joker cards at you. They are easy to avoid and inflict minor
damage.
If you take too long to attack him, he will sneak behind you and attack you
from behind. This attack causes minor damage.
He will spray acid at you using his flower. It is easy to avoid but inflicts a
noticeable amount of damage.
He will do a pin move in which he will jump on you and then attack you
continuously. If that happens, keep wiggling the left analog stick to and fro
until he lets go. This attack will take out a good chunk of your life.
Apart from the above combo attacks, he will use the usual kicks and punches to
attack you.
Start by throwing a couple of batarangs at his machine gun to disarm him and
then land him a couple of punches. Just keep attacking him like you did last
time while keeping an eye out for his new moves. Defeat him to start a cut
scene.
Part-2
This is the second part of the boss fight in which you have to save the joker.
Usually this isn't so hard but he is fighting back. He has the following
attacks:
If you are at a decent distance AWAY from him, he will deploy balloons which
explode on impact. They are slightly tough to avoid and cost you a good chunk
of your life.
If you are slightly near him, he will throw bombs at you. They are also tough
to avoid and pretty bad for your health.
If you VERY close to him, he will use his machine gun.
With every hit you take, you get further away from him. In order to save him,
you have to get VERY close to him four times. Try circling the screen in order
to avoid his attacks. You will get a life every now and then when his gun jams,
use this precious time to cover the gap between you and him. After the fourth
time, a cut-scene will start signaling the end of the last boss fight.

II.Mini-Bosses
This section deals with the advanced version of your normal enemies.

1.Mary's Kidnapper
Difficulty: 3/10
There isn't any special tactic to defeat him. You can take him out like any
normal thug, but the reason I listed him as a mini-boss is because seven times
out of ten he will block your attacks. That is why it takes an extra minute or
two to take him out.

2.Posion Ivy's Plant Henchmen
Difficulty: 3.5/10
The reason I listed him as a mini-boss is because he cannot be taken out using
the normal kicks and punches. He has only one attack in which he rushes at you.
You can easily avoid him. In order to defeat him, you have to force him into a
vat of sludge. To do so, time your kicks and hit him in the direction of the
sludge. 4-5 well-timed kicks will push him into the sludge.

5-FAQ
1) What do I do when Dr Freeze freezes my lower body, I can't move?
Ans) Keep wiggling the left analog stick until you break free.
2) Whenever I defeat poison ivy's mutant pet, he gets up again?
Ans) When he falls down quickly go forward and grapple across to the switch.
Use It to fry the pet.
3) How do I avoid joker's attacks while trying to save him in the last level?
Ans) Try circling around the screen.
4) You said it would take 4-5 kicks to push the bigger plant guy into the
sludge but it took me 8...what gives?
Ans) It all depends on the timing and placement.
